2. How do I use your Part Search utility?
We have made searching our inventory fast and easy from anywhere on our site. On the top of any web page, Simply enter your part number and click “Search”. You will get a set of results, locate the part you are looking for. Then you can submit a Request For Quote and a sales associate will contact you shortly with price and delivery.
3. How to place an order?
By submitting a quotation request from the website by filling out the form or by contacting ARIAT team via email Info@ariat.hk, Please remember to indicate exact part number, required quantity and manufacturer.
4. There is no price on the product page – What do I do?
Call or email us at Info@ariat.hk or add Skype: ariat-tech to check the price. We will offer our quotation for you and after your confirm order, we will send our proforma invoice for you to make the payment.
5. What are shipment way?
We ship worldwide using main international couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and EMS or HongKong mail. We can also use client's freight account. standard delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on destination. Other shipping methods may be discussed. We strive to meet every client’s needs!
6. What ‘s payment methods do you offer?
We accept T/T payment in advance for new clients’ first order. Payment methods: Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, PayPal (Credit Card). We accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and other payment way for special customer. T/T Bank Charges USD8.40 to USD30.00, HK HSBC to HK HSBC, don’t need any charges. Please note that we accept payment in USD and EURO, GBP, HKD.
7. Can I get net terms?
We have a great number of customers ranging from ongoing repeat customers to one-time buyers. Net Terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.
8. What is the warranty on the parts you sell?
We guarantees the quality for 60 days or longer, since the parts were shipped. All our parts come with our own Certificate of Conformance that guarantees the parts will meet all of the manufactures specifications. If the parts you receive don’t meet the form, fit and function specs of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money. Our policy is: If the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons, you need to contact us within 6 business days to request an RMA. 9. Where is ARIAT based?
We are a team of more than 26 professionals based at locations in Hong Kong and ShenZhen. Most of shipments take place from our Hong Kong warehouse.
